Front desk staff is profoundly kind. She don't fit to be a hospital staff. I was very sick hardly walking, when I asked for a cup of water she pointed me to the machine. When I struggling to reach she watched me in entertainment but never offered. A 3 yr old smiled at me, when I requested him for a cup of water, his dad gave me. Bless him. This stone hearted lady don't deserve to be in hospital staff. She smiled to others but not me. My appearance is not pleasant but that is what you expect from sick person. Don't expect your insurance company to pay these claims. Billing practices are unethical. They bill your insurance as Parker County Urgent Care which is out of network with most insurance companies like Aetna, and you end up paying the entire bill. Even though the sign on the door says "Integra" and the bills they send you say "Integra" which is in network, the billing entity is not.

Never had a bad experience with this Location/ staff until I seen Nurse practitioner Anette Williamson. She has a major issue with listening to the patients concern/needs. Tried to inform her my chest pains/ tightness. She was more concerned with trying to upcharge my visit than trying to find a solution. When I suggested to add another treatment she quickly became disgruntled, Staff came back with a treatment that we did not discuss. When it was sent back Nurse Anette Williamson was speaking so nasty about me I could hear it threw the door even saying "this isn't Burger King she's can't order what she wants" "Im not going back in there and speaking to her" etc ! All because I suggested a treatment that's been given to me previously in my records as a seasonal asthmatic! When confronted the staff became extremely defensive as if they were not just speaking bad about me! Mind you Nurse Williamson walked right by and said nothing cause she knew I heard her! Words were exchanged FROM ALL PARTIES, the LOWER LEVEL staff member. The manager watched the whole thing ( short Indian lady) and did nothing but was quick to get mad about the profanity used in the office cause by YOUR STAFF! The problem with places like these is that everyone wants to be there to get paid but not to actually do their job!

I am a frequent patient here with my daughter throughout the years, always seemed to have the best outcomes with services. However, a new nurse practitioner was in yesterday 05/10/24. Unsure still of her name, was very .. out of her mind. I came in for fever, deep cough, and swollen throat and “she told me to put some hand sanitizer on that Joe Biden made.” After I told her I work in healthcare and have a child I need to make sure I am not contagious she tells me “well you know what medications your own body needs” so like…. ??? I’m not a doctor, I am a chiropractic assistant and face to face with random people all day. Bazaar experience. And would like my copay $75 back after that interaction.

I have been to this place over 10 years. They lied about my insurance not covering bronchitis. I have the best insurance. Had bronchitis within the year covered it. They were supposed to send me proof, no EOB and the office manager doesn't care. I will get my 111.00 back because it is covered. Someone didn't do their job and now I have to pay for it...

Everytime we've used Integra we've had a good experience. The staff is friendly, the doctors/nurses are knowledgeable and take time with you to ensure questions are answered and wait times are generally very low. The check in process is easy as well and location is convenient. We really enjoy being about to get seen quickly and it doesn't feel like a hassle. It's always a great experience.

One of the worst clinic I ever seen. Though I have the insurance they charged me on the counter and when I called for a refund they said 30-90days. They are unprofessional the front desk staff doesn’t know anything nor respond properly .about the insurance and she simply conveying the wrong information. I don’t recommend.
