    An urgent care clinic offers immediate outpatient medical services and treatments for acute and chronic injuries or illnesses. “Urgent” medical conditions are injuries or illnesses that require care within 24 hours but are not considered medical emergencies. Urgent care centers act as an intermediary between home care or telemedicine and a trip to the ER.

    Medical conditions that cannot be treated at home and require treatment within 24 hours or less can be diagnosed and treated at an urgent care clinic. At urgent care clinics, treatment is provided quickly for burns, bruises, blisters, fractures, and tears, and most offer diagnostic services (such as lab test and X-Rays).

  • What if I do not have insurance?

    At Integra Urgent Care, we remain committed to providing quality urgent medical care at affordable rates for those that are self-pay. We offer competitive self-pay rates for those without traditional healthcare insurance plans to ensure all our patients receive a high-standard of care quickly!

  • Can I walk in for service?

    Our urgent care centers are open from 8 AM to 8 PM on weekdays and from 8 AM to 5 PM on weekends. You can either schedule an online appointment, schedule a telemedicine visit, or walk into any of our urgent care centers in Grand Prairie, Weatherford, and Las Colinas (Irving).

  • Are you an Emergency Room?

    Integra Urgent Care is NOT an emergency room; however, we are open late every weekday until 8pm and weekends until 5pm to provide expedited medical care for conditions that need to be addressed urgently (within 24 hours) but that are not medical emergencies. Since we bill your insurance as an urgent care, we are less expensive than an emergency room visit.  Our self-pay rates are also much lower and more affordable than a standalone or hospital emergency room facility.

  • What is the difference between an Urgent Care and an Emergency Room?

    Emergency Rooms can provide some additional services that urgent care clinics do not offer which treat life-threatening illnesses and injuries. ER’s are also open 24 hours a day.  If you are experiencing a life-threatening illness or injury, it is important to get to the nearest hospital Emergency Room or call 9-1-1.

    If you are experiencing a non-life-threatening illness or injury that can be treated at an urgent care clinic, you will receive quality healthcare quickly at Integra Urgent Care clinics without an appointment at a much lower cost – regardless if you have insurance or are a self-pay patient.

  • Can urgent care provide primary care services?

    While Integra Urgent Care provides all the individual services offered at your primary care physician’s office, we are not a replacement for your primary care physician. We provide alternative treatment options when your primary care physician is not available or in cases where minor or non-life-threatening medical treatments are needed immediately. We recommend you keep your primary care physician informed whenever medical treatment is sought at an urgent care facility.

  • What information do I need to bring with me?

    Please make sure you bring your photo ID and your insurance card if you have a healthcare insurance plan. Also, bring any existing medical information that relates to the reason for your visit and a list of the current medications the patient being seen is taking – to reference if needed.

  • What kind of doctor will treat me at an urgent care?

    All providers at Integra Urgent Care are licensed healthcare practitioners – trained in providing professional, quality urgent care medicine for the treatment of minor and non-life-threatening medical conditions and ailments.

  • Do you accept cash and credit cards?

    Yes, we accept both cash payments and credit card/debit card payments for co-pays and/or self-pay services rendered.

  • Can I get a copy of my medical record?

    Absolutely! We will be happy to get you a copy of your medical record within 24 to 48 hours of your request. A processing fee of $25 may apply and identification will be required at the time of pick up. Please call the Integra Urgent Care clinic you visited to communicate your request:
