Usually love this place which is why i am still giving 3 stars. The last time I went, last month, I told the receptionist I needed to update my insurance and pharmacy, she took all info but maybe forgot to hit save(???). Had the worst strep throat of my life and waited hours to get my prescription because she did not update pharmacy as requested. Now I have a bill of $458 because my insurance wasn't updated either. Hopefully I can get in contact with someone and still update insurance info but the hassle of getting in contact with billing is annoying.

I work outside and am exposed to the elements most of the day. Needless to say, I was still sick once the medicine ran out. Integra's only solution was for me to be seen by their doctors again so they could charge me and my insurance a second time instead of simply refilling my prescription. I do not recommend this place for much of anything.

Short wait time. Dr was super. Prescriptions were at my pharmacy in less than 30 minutes. They even had a work note waiting for me when I walked out. My experience was excellent. Everyone was SO efficient!

Just wanted to give kudos to the staff of Urgent Care for prompt and attentive response to my medical issues….got off work late and needed medical attention…all the normal facilities I usually visit were closed so I googled for open clinics and urgent care was nearest so I went in,
filled out the paperwork and was seen in a matter of minutes, went through the preliminary examination, diagnosed, and given treatment…the was so professional that I am honestly considering marking this facility my primary caregiver the nurse H. Nana is the best nurse I have had in the past few years…she helped me understand the seriousness of my illness and her assistants were just as professional in executing their duties….thank you Urgent Care

Integra Urgent Care was easy to do business with. Everything was taken care of on my phone. From preregistration to scheduling the appointment. The front desk and nurses were very courteous and respectful of what I was dealing with. The PA was informative and extremely helpful in suggestions to get me the medications necessary to speed up my recovery. Office was clean and organized. I would recommend this office to anyone in need of an evaluation of sickness

It was Christmas holiday and my primary doctor was closed. I called first and then scheduled an online appointment. No real wait time. Very nice and helpful and professional. I'm and 80% better the following day. I'll definitely be a regular customer.

Rarely do i ever give 5 stars but they definitely deserved it. They were attentive to my situation and so caring. That I've not experienced lately with other doctors offices. So this was helpful and especially in my hour of need. And unlike most urgent care facilities they had an Xray machine. The doctor was just fabulous really. Thank you guys for the awesome care and consideration while I was sick. I own primary care doctor wasn't that.

This may be a good place to go if you have an ear infection, but I would not recommend if you were truly having an emergency or need IV fluids or advanced care, they do not provide these services. I was in their clinic long enough for them to test for covid, call an ambulance and send me to the ED. I am thankful they did that for me but would not recommend if you are truly emergently ill. My bill was very high for that phone call to send me to the ED. Covid test was $206. Nice people but not able to handle emergency.

Do not do business here. They collected my $75 copay then offered to do a COVID and flu test. I specifically asked how much my insurance would pay for those tests, and they said 100%. This was a lie. I was later billed for an additional $87 for both tests that were unnecessary. I paid this amount but it is unscrupulous and deceptive. I will not be coming back. A patient cannot give informed consent if they are making a medical decision based on the information provided by this center. If they did not know how my insurance would process the claim, the correct answer should have been “we don’t know, you need to contact your insurance company.” Their actions are deceptive and unprofessional.

Everyone was excellent, and wasn't rude towards us , before coming to Integra we took my son to Baylor hospital and they didn't really do much but here they actually checked/tested my son for everything and I'm very thankful for that.

The staff is amazing, very efficient! Best experience 'ever' at an Urgent Care. The receptionist was friendly and engaging, the nurse and doctor were exceptional! The doctor was caring and took time to understand what was going on with my daughter to appropriately diagnose her. We were able to pick up her meds at the pharmacy and get her on the road to recovery. EXCEPTIONAL care and service at Integra Urgent Care! The facility saw that my oxygen level was too low and advised me that I needed to go to the ER. Their doctor did not see me so they didn’t bill my insurance. They put patients above money.

After checking three different Care Now locations and being told the wait was at least 3 hrs at each one, my wife looked online and found Integra. We walked in and waited less than 10 minutes. I'm sure sometimes may be a little longer, but the staff was great, and they will now be my location of choice.

For the most part. I really like this facility and the staff. I’ve had good experiences with most providers. It’s just this one specific provider that each time I’ve seen her is so rude. She has pinkish red hair. I have strep in my blood stream that led to rhematic fever some years ago. That also caused a mitral valve leak in my heart. I had to be on antibiotics for 5 years to prevent it from triggering rheumatic fever again. Now I just need treatment if I get strep or someone in my house hold has strep to prevent rheumatic fever again. Every dr I’ve been too in the last 10 years knows this is how you treat someone that’s had rhematic fever and has strep or has the symptoms while someone in the household has tested positive but each time Ive seen her she tells me I don’t need an antibiotic even though I have strep symptoms, heart palpitations bc of past rheumatic fever that only strep triggers and positive strep in my home. Each time I’ve had to leave and schedule some where else to get treatment. As this is life threatening for me. I recommend this facility if you need to be seen urgently but make sure it’s not that specific provider.

Someone has to have some type of insurance billing training that works on weekends. We have a primary and secondary which happens to be Medicaid which this urgent care is in network with. They continue to double charge because the charge my primary insurance charge me a copay of $40 then it automatically crosses over to the secondary due cob automatic transfer so secondary pays and they keep the copay as well although the patient responsibility is $0. The person there today Lupe working front desk had no clue how insurance work no clue on anything billing related only that we had to pay $40. Wasted time trying to educate her and kept saying I’ll pay the $40 co pay. Then refused to take my copay until I gave my daughter account they screwed up like this. Once I gave my daughter account they should have seen everything and at least fixed what she was saying but at that point she got my daughter information and still did nothing. They should be reported and I will report. The doctor is good but the front staff need to be trained if they gonna verify insurance at least know what primary and secondary insurance means. She said only thing she knows is how to push a button and it tells how much the copay she wouldn’t even put in secondary insurance although it’s not really needed since it will automatically cross over

I was looking for a place to care for my son, I didn’t have an appointment, I didn’t have medical insurance, just as illnesses are without warning. I had gone to another clinic but left there because of too many red flags that I saw. So driving around I found this place. It was a very pleasant treatment, both from staff and the doctor, it is a clean place and the attention was fast. I recommend it.

Visit was fast and efficient. All staff from beginning to end was knowledgeable and attentive to my health needs . Prescription was called in to my pharmacy of choice by the time the visit was done. I plan on returning if I have any health concerns. Dr. Shultz was able to diagnose my issue and give the care needed. 10/10 experience

I wonder how people get to write the in and out reviews. This place is not urgent care, it is turtle care. Real spa for the stuff. We came around 1.40 pm. I called in advance to see about the wait times. They said about 1 hour in a half. I don‘t see a single person in a waiting area, I don‘t see people in the rooms. We are probably the only ones here. It is almost an hour here. The system is rotten. Why waste peoples time. You‘re getting paid we are not;( so frustrating! If it is super urgent, you‘ll probably be left to die, while stuff chill out.

Pretty awesome place, everyone was really nice and comforting. The wait time was really short and the doctor was really informed by the time she got to me. She ordered some X-rays to make sure my cough was not due to something major instead of just hearing my chest and saying okay. She recommended some meds and double check my symptoms before proscribing something. I would definitely give them more stars if I had them, the nurse was very nice too. I felt comfortable and provided them with all my symptoms.

Terrible service, I took my daughter, the doctor diagnosed her with flu, without doing a flu test, he prescribed tamiflu which was not available at the pharmacy, I waited 4 hours for the doctor to send the prescription to another pharmacy, which was not available either. They had it, at the end of the day they no longer answered me at the clinic and I was never able to obtain the medication, the cost of the consultation was 100 which I paid the same day, and 2 months later they sent me a message that I have an outstanding balance of 100 I do not recommend this placed

But the occasional use of a vacuum and a cleaning rag on the sticky table in the lobby (which was completely sticky) is called for. A clinic shouldn’t be dirty.
Between a couple exam rooms, a trash can was overflowing with trash. Perhaps a new cleaning crew must be hired. A higher level of cleanliness is called for.

O Stars. BEWARE SCAM!!!! I received a text message twice about I owe a payment for a 9/30 visit which I paid on the day of the visit. When I called the Billing Dept I told them the following, you all do not see anyone until a payment is made and I told them do not contact me and speak with the young lady that accepted my payment. Less than a week later I received a text about payment I owe for a 11/30 visit, I never visit that facility on that date. I called the billing again and requested statement s for both visit with a breakdown, still waiting for the statements. I also ask was my insurance billed, I was told no. During the call I was told I do not owe for the 9/30 visit, I guess they found ithe payment because I do have the receipt and my bank statement. Now I’m fed up with them and I have reached out to the necessary agency to report them that is why I need the statement fort 11/30. If you get a text or a bill just be mindful and do your research. I’m sure they are doing this to many more people. The texts came this month, Feb 2024 for September and November of 2023.

I have a wonderful experience when I visited Integra Urgent care - Grand Prairie in January 2023 all thanks to the Physician Assistant named Rodney Shultz. He was excellent, so kind, very professional, attentive, knowledgeable and considerate to my health concerns at the time. I was very ill and I had to care for my children so it wasn't easy for me due to the fact that I was not feeling well. He listened to me and prescribed medication which helped me feel better quicker than I expected. Thank you for helping me feel better Dr. R Schultz. I want to let you know that I really appreciated your work and the effort you put in helping me feel better sooner. He is definitely by far one of the best healthcare providers I have ever had.

Overall great experience from the front desk to the Nurse Practitioner that cared for me during my visit. The medical assistant’s were very nice as well. The facility was nice clean my visit went smooth and easy, and I was in and out. I would definitely recommend.

Went there a few days ago due to an asthma flare-up. The physician and staff were courteous and very professional. I was diagnosed and treated promptly, felt so much better within a few minutes.

I have been here quite a few times already and everytime i come it has been a in and out fast pace. The most is an hour wait and they let you know ahead of time. Staff and doctor a very nice. Place is very clean. I give it 5 stars and referral friends and family

When I arrived they provided a mask for me. The check in process was simple. The wait time was about 15 min. I was seen quickly and my prescription was sent to my local pharmacy quickly as well. It was an overall good experience.

If you have made an appointment, there 10 minutes before as suggested, have all your paperwork and payment ready- I had no issues. The intake nurse and dr were very kind and attentive. You never know with these walk-in clinics but I can say everyone was kind and helpful.

With no appointments available we were still able to be seen as a walk-in. They take most insurances and have X-rays. Excellent service overall.
