I was looking for a place to care for my son, I didn’t have an appointment, I didn’t have medical insurance, just as illnesses are without warning. I had gone to another clinic but left there because of too many red flags that I saw. So driving around I found this place. Visit was fast and efficient. All staff from beginning to end was knowledgeable and attentive to my health needs . Prescription was called in to my pharmacy of choice by the time the visit was done. The entire staff were simply amazing. The doctor and here assistant were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and, explained every aspect of my treatment in claear and understandable way. I have been treated by the same doctor on several occasions and always recieved elite treatment.

I wonder how people get to write the in and out reviews. This place is not urgent care, it is turtle care. Real spa for the stuff. We came around 1.40 pm. I called in advance to see about the wait times. They said about 1 hour in a half. I don‘t see a single person in a waiting area, I don‘t see... people in the rooms. We are probably the only ones here. It is almost an hour here. The system is rotten. Why waste peoples time. You‘re getting paid we are not;( so frustrating! If it is super urgent, you‘ll probably be left to die, while stuff chill out.read more

Pretty awesome place, everyone was really nice and comforting. The wait time was really short and the doctor was really informed by the time she got to me. She ordered some X-rays to make sure my cough was not due to something major instead of just hearing my chest and saying okay. She recommended... some meds and double check my symptoms before proscribing something. I would definitely give them more stars if I had them, the nurse was very nice too. I felt comfortable and provided them with all my symptoms.read more

Terrible service, I took my daughter, the doctor diagnosed her with flu, without doing a flu test, he prescribed tamiflu which was not available at the pharmacy, I waited 4 hours for the doctor to send the prescription to another pharmacy, which was not available either. They had it, at the end of... the day they no longer answered me at the clinic and I was never able to obtain the medication, the cost of the consultation was 100 which I paid the same day, and 2 months later they sent me a message that I have an outstanding balance of 100 I do not recommend this placedread more

Everyone was kind, helpful and professional.But the occasional use of a vacuum and a cleaning rag on the sticky table in the lobby (which was completely sticky) is called for. A clinic shouldn’t be dirty.Between a couple exam rooms, a trash can was overflowing with trash. Perhaps a new cleaning... crew must be hired. A higher level of cleanliness is called for.read more

O Stars. BEWARE SCAM!!!! I received a text message twice about I owe a payment for a 9/30 visit which I paid on the day of the visit. When I called the Billing Dept I told them the following, you all do not see anyone until a payment is made and I told them do not contact me and speak with the... young lady that accepted my payment. Less than a week later I received a text about payment I owe for a 11/30 visit, I never visit that facility on that date. I called the billing again and requested statement s for both visit with a breakdown, still waiting for the statements. I also ask was my insurance billed, I was told no. During the call I was told I do not owe for the 9/30 visit, I guess they found ithe payment because I do have the receipt and my bank statement. Now I’m fed up with them and I have reached out to the necessary agency to report them that is why I need the statement fort 11/30. If you get a text or a bill just be mindful and do your research. I’m sure they are doing this to many more people. The texts came this month, Feb 2024 for September and November of 2023.read more

I have a wonderful experience when I visited Integra Urgent care - Grand Prairie in January 2023 all thanks to the Physician Assistant named Rodney Shultz. He was excellent, so kind, very professional, attentive, knowledgeable and considerate to my health concerns at the time. I was very ill and I... had to care for my children so it wasn't easy for me due to the fact that I was not feeling well. He listened to me and prescribed medication which helped me feel better quicker than I expected. Thank you for helping me feel better Dr. R Schultz. When I arrived they provided a mask for me. The check in process was simple. The wait time was about 15 min. I was seen quickly and my prescription was sent to my local pharmacy quickly as well. It was an overall good experience.

If you have made an appointment, there 10 minutes before as suggested, have all your paperwork and payment ready- I had no issues. The intake nurse and dr were very kind and attentive. You never know with these walk-in clinics but I can say everyone was kind and helpful.

They don’t really want to see patients.. my dr sent my labs since they wouldn’t be available for 3 days and the secretary at the back desk was insistent they can take my money but not guarantee treatment… said they couldn’t even guarantee the dr would do anything or prescribe meds… but I can pay... $100 to find out but they would ultimately refer me back to primary care.. this place is a joke and have no care in regards to patient careread more

I went here 3/31/2024. I had severe siatica pain. I wanted to get some muscle relaxers and steroids to help me through the weekend until I could see my doctor. I was in extreme pain and crying and was told to go to the ER and that they couldn't help me. I video chatted with a different urgent care... that charged me $40 less then them and was given the prescription when I explained my symptoms. I was told by my regular doctor that if I went to the ER they would have just given me a large bill and no help. I do not understand why they turned me away. I went there for some relief and was told to go somewhere else. I was not trying to get narcotics or anything I just needed help with the swelling in my spine.read more

I don't understand they call you and tell you to come in for an appointment at 9am. Here it is after 10 and the dr still hasn't been in the room. Why do we have to sit in a room for more than an hour in pain? Then when you ask if they forgot about you they get rude and tell you the dr will be with... you shortly. What another hour sitting here in pain waiting for the dr. I wish you could sue Dr's for waiting more than 30 minutesread more

This is my go-to urgent care. It is affordable, the staff is friendly enough, the doctors and NPs listen to what you have to say and give you the correct medication to ensure your recovery. I had been sick with back-to-back colds, flus, and infections and just a few hours after receiving my steroid... shot and getting antibiotics, I feel better that I have all month. I arrived 10 minutes before my appointment time (as recommended) and was seen right on time. The doctor came in just a few mins later and was able to help. The nurse came in with the shot right after and I was on my way out and to get my prescription.read more

The online registration is very handy. It keeps you from having to fill out paper copies when you get there. First rate service. Once you get there at your appointment time they were very efficient in getting us back and didn't take long to be seen in the back. Very happy with visit.

Wait time is way to long for people who have had appointments set. When they show up in time and don’t even get back to a room until an hour after they have checked in or even see a doctor an hour and 20mins after their appointment time. Just to spend 3 mins in a room for a follow up appointment.... Waited another 11 before the nurse came in to discharge me. I was told that when others have time slots and they show up the system puts them in…. Well what about someone that has been sitting there for their set appointment time and they were on time? The wait time kept going backwards and that is very frustrating. This is not the first time that this has happened. I would understand if I was a walk in as a sick patient for this wait time. Came in at 4:30pm for a 4:45pm appointment and left at 6:15pm. This is not ok. The doctor is beyond super sweet! But y’all need to get her help!read more

After a long night of not feeling well, I got online at 6 AM to make an appointment. They had an open appointment at 8:20 in the morning. I waited less than five minutes in the lobby. The medical technician took very great care of me and was very thorough. The doctor came in within 10 minutes of... being in the room and assessed my condition and prescribed a course of treatment and I was out of there in probably 30 minutes. We usually have good experience here, we do online appointment and checking to try speed up the process, the only complaint so far is the waiting time, even with an appointment I had to wait more than an hour on the room to be seen by a PA. Please work on that, as makes no difference on doing walk... in and appointment.Thank you! i wasn't aware that appointment was only for walk in, my bad, but dont get me wrong, so far we been happy with you guys 🙂read more

Had been co gest3d for a couple of days then got up o e morning and my throat was raw and swollen. Could barely swallow. Integra got me in right away, they took a strep test that turned out neg so they gave me steroids and antibiotics. It's been two days and I'm feeling g much better. The staff was amazing. We came in with a screaming/crying toddler who had burned her hand on the stove. The nurses and doctor responded quickly and were so kind throughout the entire visit. They were very gentle with our daughter, and asked her permission before doing things, always talking to her... and explaining what was happening. I have been to this place over 10 years. They lied about my insurance not covering bronchitis. I have the best insurance. Had bronchitis within the year covered it. They were supposed to send me proof, no EOB and the office manager doesn't care. I will get my 111.00 back because it is covered.... The staff is friendly, the doctors/nurses are knowledgeable and take time with you to ensure questions are answered and wait times are generally very low. All of the workers were very kind and helpful which I feel is hard to find. The physician gave information and helpful information to get better. Very thankful!

One of the worst clinic I ever seen. Though I have the insurance they charged me on the counter and when I called for a refund they said 30-90days. They are unprofessional the front desk staff doesn’t know anything nor respond properly .about the insurance and she simply conveying the wrong... information. I don’t recommend.read more

Don’t come here if you need urgent service or someone to care. The receptionist is rude and unable to answer any questions. Everyone in the back is sitting around. The lobby doesn’t get wiped down no matter how many times the seats get filled. I am 2 hours and counting for a physical while I get to... listen to everyone giggle and play outside the door. Find another urgent care facility.read more

I am a new patient with integra. Jessica the receptionist has such a sweet personality. This is going to be my go to urgent care location now. It was so easy to walk in and check in. I wasn’t looking forward to going to the dr on a Saturday, but this process made it feel so easy. I’m glad I came in.

I had a very negative experience at this location. I just moved to TX from NM and have a complicated medical history. The staff came across as very judgmental reading my medication list and my list of CO-MORBID diagnoses. I felt interrogated, judged, and berated during my visit. My NP’s tone with... me improved after she spoke with the physician, for whatever reason. However, the worst part about my experience was the fact I could hear my provider and nurse speaking rudely and condescendingly about me through the walls, despite their efforts to whisper so I wouldn’t hear. As a patient, it feels absolutely awful to hear your providers whispering about your case. I told my provider about my experience directly before leaving, hoping that no one else has the experience I had today. It seems the staff needs an update on training in compassionate care. Do better.read more

Normally great service, however, the receptionist (short & overweight) was quite rude. I don’t think it’s out of the way to expect hand soap in the restroom. Seems as if I was asking her to complete a task way out of her job description asking for soap t wash my hands before I touched anything in... their office. Being a faculty that sees patients that are ill or sick, you would think soap would be a priority. The PA, however, is quite thorough & great with patients.read more

I visited Integra Urgent Care for the first time on Saturday, December 16th, 2023. I was just a new walk-in, BUT the staff were very friendly & made me feel comfortable. Despite being classified as an urgent care facility, this one nonetheless offers urgent care services. I went there to get treatment for an extremely painful injury. I arrived at 4:15 p.m. for my 4:30 p.m. x-ray appointment, but they requested that I wait until 5:30 p.m. to see the doctor. Even... though I was already in terrible pain, they made me wait in the waiting area for an additional hour. By now, it was 7:30 p.m. They had to send me to another location after the examination, and it took a very long time. The physicians were courteous (that is why I gave 2 star rating), but the way things are supposed to function is that patients shouldn't have to wait so long for an x-ray. Thus, I will absolutely not return.read more

I went into the Las colinas Integra urgent care with a bloody, bruised and swollen foot. I had confirmed over the phone before the visit that Integra accepted my insurance. I also confirmed my insurance at the urgent care before the dr visit. integra mistakenly charged me $165 for what they later... admitted to - not looking up my insurance correctly. Integra looked me up as medicaid instead of my regular insurance. My insurance had never lapsed and I did not owe them to begin with. They sent a bill to my insurance for an amount of $72 more than they charged me. I was hoping they would reimburse me. Instead, they filled out the request for a LLC instead of a molina doctor name. Integra is now charging me for $72 more which would be the difference in what I paid them and what they are billing the insurance. This visit was over 50 days ago and Integra still not reimbursed me my money.read more

We will not be returning to Integra urgent care in Las colinas. They have lost 4 existing patients that have been going here for over 10 years. Very disappointing, I went today around 2:15 pm & was told that I won’t be getting antibiotics because I was negative on my test which I agree. But then... the provider proceeds to tell me that because of my symptoms she would call in other medications & she gives me verbal instructions on what to do. I assume they were going to be sent as I confirmed the pharmacy. My husband went to pick them up around 7;20 as I was exhausted & nothing was sent electronically. I immediately call the Irving Urgent care to see if they could call them in but was told the the provider didn’t prescribe anything. I was very confused, why would she give me instructions on the medication & then not prescribe anything. This is very unprofessional & unacceptable as I’m in the medical field as well.read more

Staff very friendly and nice. I did the call ahead appt and didn't have to wait long. The doctor was very thorough and engaging. I appreciated her concerns and questions. I wanted to say thanks to the medical assistant for taking my blood pressure 3 times to be able to get a good reading.I felt... better by that evening and 100% better today. I’ve gone to this walk in clinic ever since it opened. I think it’s the best one around.read more

Used to be a good place to go not so much anymore. Wouldnt give an antibiotic wasnt running fever at the time due to taking tylenol. Started running high fever the next day. Will never go back all they want is your money.

They did not have Titnus shots which I asked in starting, they did not have it still they continue saying they are trying to arrange from somewhere. Did a re bandage even though it was not required just to charge for the visit and asked to go to CVS for shot. They prescribed some medicine and sent... to the wrong pharmacy even though I confirmed 4 times before leaving. After that when I called rudely told me to to fix that and get it transferred to other pharmacy. They do all the mess and then you have to fix all that by calling CVS and calling pharmacy. They don’t understand why ppl come to urgent care. Total mismanagement from the staff.read more

I have come here with my wife and for myself to our kids many times.Today my kid is not feeling good, we come in and the front desk is very nice helped us with every question. Nurse was kind and doctor very patient and understanding. We will come to here every time still.

I have been here previously for ankle x rays and recently I brought my son for a cut on his head. They carefully examined him, determined that staples would be the best way to go vs stichtes or glue, and gently and effectively fixed it up. They talked through the process with my son and put him at... ease. The whole process from check in onward was easy.read more

When you check in online there is usually not a long wait. Everyone is very professional and friendly. I never feel like I am being rushed out. Saw the PA last time and she was awesome.

The nurse and Dr were great with My 11 month old baby girl. Very gentle and knowledgeable about what was wrong with her. Turns out she had a little ear infection. We are truly grateful for the fast friendly service we received. By far the best Urgent care we have been too.

I visted Integra Urgent Care on Saturday for a possible cracked rib. They took x-rays, and the doctor explained in great detail the results. I was very impressed! This is the perfect place to go when you have an urgent need to see a doctor and can’t get in to see your regular doctor! I’m so... happy to have found this as an option for things that pop up on weekends or after hours. I’m very impressed.read more

I took my son in due to stomach pains from a stomach virus. From the time we walked in, the receptionist greeted us. We checked in, the receptionist took my insurance and gave me paperwork to fill out. Within 10 minutes, we were called back to the waiting room and the Dr. did not have us wait long.... The Dr. was thorough with everything, he did not rush the visit and was able to prescribe medication to help my son. We spent a total of 30 minutes for this visit. I highly recommended Integra and will use this clinic in the future if needed.read more

Appointment was easy to make online and they had plenty of availability. Once I got there I was assisted pretty quickly. My provider was attentive and she seemed to care about my issue. I will continue to come here for my urgent care needs.
