Insurance Plans We Accept
If you have an insurance plan, please bring your card at the time of your visit so that our staff may make a copy for our billing department to accurately bill your insurance for your visit. If you use our Online Check-In Tool please still be sure to bring a copy of your card as that will be necessary for us to complete your medical record. At the time of your visit, all co-pays, deductibles, and/or visit amounts will be due and can be paid in either cash or credit card. Benefits vary from plan to plan, so you may contact our facility if you have questions. Integra Urgent Care will use our affiliated billing company (DocuTap) to file you claim, meaning fewer insurance headaches for you.

Emergency Case
If you need a provider urgently outside of our opening hours, please call 911. During our hours, you can check-in online. We will call you when it’s your turn. No need to wait in our lobby.
